I think the chances are extremely remote that you will develop tardive dyskinesia at this point, as this almost always shows up while taking the antipsychotic or during withdrawal. Beyond that, the atypical antipsychotics you have been taking are much less likely to cause TD than the bad old psychotics like Thorazine and Haldol.
I think the real problem here is your anxiety about this matter. Having experienced severe anxiety myself in the past, I have some understanding of your mindset and can certainly remember getting all wound up and worried to death about an issue that from an objective perspective is simply not worth worrying about. I guess what I would offer here is that the extremely remote chance of getting the tardive dyskinesia is not the problem, it is the way you are reacting to the situation by excessively worrying about it that is causing you so much stress and anxiety right now. I mean this with no disrespect or criticism intended, as I understand all too well what you are going through from personal experience.
