Restless Leg Trouble

My family member that is on prozac, klonopin, ambien, abilify, wellbutrin and topomax has developed constant restless legs when sitting or trying to sleep.It's not the jerks that can happen with prozac. Any thoughts on why or what to do that might help? She is miserable. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
