Hi

I don't get why these symptoms appeared after 3 years..but I had to stop Lamictal because I had exactly the same symptoms on start up.
It could be an allergic reaction .
Some people develop nut allergy , wheat allergy etc after many years of eating them.

Maybe reduce ..but I'd stop and see your doc.
