Hi,

What symptoms do you suffer from? The efficacy of Prozac is at best average, but I would always try it based solely on the fact that it is the easiest SSRI to withdrawl from. Prozac is probably the most stimulating SSRI which also makes it first choice for lethargic or obese people. I would reserve Effexor until you have tried Prozac and Zoloft, the SSRI with the best record.
