Dexamphetamine and Edronax for depression?

I wondered if any of you had heard of treating depression with dexamphetamine and a noradrenaline uptake inhibitor.

I can see how the dexamphetamine could have a useful stimulating/motivating effect, but I thought that dexamphetamines were pretty likely to *cause* depression. (but maybe that's just like any other psycho-active?)

I'm willing to think about anything right now, though.
