Provigil still has just as much "oomph" for me as ever, although there can times -- lasting from a few hours to a few days -- where it seems to lose its punch. But I don't worry about it, since it always comes blazing back. I sometimes wonder if Provigil's ability to occasionally induce its own metabolism is what's going on.
I used to take 200 mg for an occasional "boost", but not anymore. I love Provigil, other than the dry mouth it causes. And I sure wish it actually had the cognitive and/or memory benefits that are claimed. I could really use the latter!
