I don't understand how you didn't notice vomit in your room the next day. Anyhow, it sounds like you had miserable side effects. I take the same dose and have no side effects. The second nightly dose is annoying but thats the only thing you and I agree about - Like all medications, it depends on the individual.
Crack is not safer than Xyrem. That is ridiculous to say.
When used twice nightly - Xyrem - unlike benzos does not create dependence or withdrawal while being the only drug that induces sleep and the refreshing deep wave sleep.
It's too bad that it's not available to more people who could benefit.
