Lexapro gave me nasty side-effects, mainly fatigue. I couldn't even last a week on it. I've tried a decent amount of meds without much success, so I'm getting very discouraged about trying new ones (and them not working either, or worse).

Increasing the doseage blocks the vivid dreams & increases the amount of time spent in deep sleep. If you are on 15mg, it is worth increasing it in small steps as 22.5mg can be better than 15mg or 30mg.
