Hi there,
Seroquel can be excellent as a sleep agent. I cannot use it perdonally because I'm A.D.D. and even smaller doses tend to tweak me out a bit because it can antagonize dopamine receptors. However, I have friends that use it for sleep and LOVE it! Give it a shot.
