You are most welcome.

I have not - but at the time I began K, the XR version was not available for use as readily as it is now. There are people here who do use it and I'm sure they could give you some insight into it.

Just from what I've read and heard from folks, Xanax, in general, produces a more "up" feeling. Some have experienced a little "over the top" disinhibitions. With regular Xanax and it's short halflife - some, I stress, SOME, people have had more difficulties with tolerance and inapprioate use. I tread lightly with this, as it's certainly NOT true of all. The XR version is suppose to help this glitch with dosing less often. From what I know, the regular version effects burns out quick and there's a real feeling of that. I also think while most benzo's can give pretty similar effects - Xanax seems to be just a bit different in how you "feel". I am pro benzo, so having it available is a good thing - for the reasons I cited above, I decided it wasn't the choice for me. But, we are all different.

I think it does for some, but from what I've read here, most dose twice a day. It is purported to work 24 hours, but so is K and that finding isn't true for most of us who have real world experience with it.
