I don't know much about meds for OCD, but I can't remember, did you ever try Luvox? Although I don't think you can combine it with an MAOI, so that would rule it out for you.

Wish I could help more. The Nardil Champ has been an inspiration for me...going up to 75mg today...wish me luck?
