Hi, I dont know much about beta-blockers. But some ppl get good results from paxil for SAD. (if you can tolerate the side effects). I took it years ago and it worked for me. But I tried it again and it didnt help now. But if you have severe social anx. disorder, perhaps an MAOI might be good. My pdoc wont prescribe it to me bc she isnt that familiar with it. But some docs do.
