Provigil is one of the better drugs for excessive daytime sleepiness, but it is expensive. Strattera is cheaper but can have sometimes have high copays, depending on your insurance company. I have some fatigue problems, probably related to my depression, and I did try Strattera last year at my doctor's suggestion. I am one of the ones who found it excessively sedating, and after about a week, I dumped it because the constant sleepiness was becoming intolerable, and I was getting miserable. Other people seem to respond differently. It depends on how your particular brain is wired.
