You could try mood stabalizers like depakote.
Or perhaps a high dose of selective SSRI celexa or luvox, and then add a beta blocker.

SSRI' + Beta blocker was pretty much comfortably numb for me.

Its not good to be without emotions. Sometimes it is our emotions, passions/desires that can prompt some of the most deeprooted perhaps spiritual recoveries. It is fine to numb down for a while but I found while it kept me from getting worse, I also did not get any better.
