I reviewed drug tests for all new employees.
When ever a subject deviated from their norm, they talked to that person. If the person could show a prescription the test company did not red flag it for me.
I asked the same question because I was taking xanax. If i recall it was explained to me that xanax is a benzodizepene(spelling?) classification. It can be tested in the urine and it falls under a catagory on the drug test. It lasts for 8 hours in the system.
I never looked for the catigory on the drug test but I trust it's there.
