You totally had a panic/anxiety attack. Limbs feeling numb and tingly - thinking you are going to die.

You should look up panic attacks online and you will see what I mean. You might want to talk to your doc about getting a prescription to xanax or ativan for times like that.

I am glad you are feeling better - that is a HORRIBLE feeling!
