yea, my dilemma is this: i have gotten better on nortriptyline, and it can be less than ideal to combine with a stimulant because of the cardiac issues. I tried Strattera which has no cardiotoxicity, and it eventually drove me into an anhedonic depression (I had melancholia previously but not anhedonia). Nortriptyline works for my depression but I also have narcolepsy (I think) and ADHD... tried Provigil but it gave me insomnia. So I'm taking a pediatric dosage of Ritalin LA (10 mg) and making the best of it.
