yet another cycle begins

Yay, another BP cycle is beginning (I'm an RC right now)... starts with anxiety...I become afraid of everything...then a nice panic attack... then more anxiety and depression starts to clobber me too because I feel overwhelmed and useless... i feel hopeless, pathetic, and helpless... thank god for ativan. This'll last for awhile ... just this morning i felt ok. I'm so sick of this.
