Effexor Withdrawal effects and SAM-e

Has anyone taken SAM-e to help with withdrawal effects? I read somewhere that it would help and I took it after 2 months of withdrawal. By the 3rd day I was nauseated and threw up my dinner. I stopped taking it and have been very anxious for the past week. I think it may have set me back a few steps. I took the recommended 400 mg/day with my breakfast.
