Hey there - did you start right away on 10mg? Usually you start at 5mg (just break it in half) and go up to 10mg after a few days.
I took 10mg the first night by accident not knowing to build up, and i could NOT sleep. I tossed and turned all night. So I am sure that is what you were feeling last night.
You should expect some anorgasmia during the first month or a little longer. I have heard MANY say that is wears off, and it did for me. I do not suffer from depression but I have heard that it is great for that as well. It also helped my anxiety a great deal.
You really just need to give it some time - at least 8 weeks or so as it takes a while to kick in.
