I crave carbs and sweets almost round the clock. I get lots of exercise, and my carb cravings are especially strong after running or taking a spinning class. I now need to lose 60 pounds. Argh. I've finally decided to stop keeping stuff like Smart Start cereal, chocolate, and tortilla chips in the house. Still, I'm a good cook and almost always have the ingredients for cookies, scones, or lemon bars in the house.
