I tried to get off of geodon but I felt panicky and high strung and then was feeling depressed during the day. I take it before bed and it has definitely hampered my communication with spirit as well as my ability to write creatively. The problem is that I am taking it to counteract my hypmania that can lead to very self destructive behavior. I decided to stay on it because I am very stable right now but it is disheartening to know that you will always have to take medication. Marie
