Did the xanax make you drowsy? I need something that can calm me during the day if I'm having a panic attack without making me sleepy, if that's at all possible. Most days, I feel great on Effexor without anxiety or depression, but the odd day, I feel very tingly and light headed, which can cause a panic attack, which then causes a bout of depression. Staying completely away from caffeine helps.

How about Artemis? I was thinking about that, but too lazy to change my name again because then I have to re-register. But you're right-it may change my karma. I believe in those kinds of things too.

I keep getting a tingling sensation up my left arm and the back left side of my head. Kind of like a cold chill but just isolated to those two spots on my body. Wierd. I hope I don't have a stroke!

> when i was on effexor all though it did nothing, I tried the ativan and it sedated me. xanax for anxiety and temazepam (restoril) to sleep is the breakfast of champions for my pony.
