I am on my third day and am thinking of changing the dose to a morning start.2nd day I felt more depressed then the first but today it seems like things are starting to even out. Try and make it the full week and then decide if you need to try something else. A wonder drug for me in the past was .025 of risperdal at bedtime but Im waiting to see if my mood starts to swing before adding it to cymbalta. Hang in there and keep me updated.
