It took my Lexaro 8 weeks to fully kick in. I exercise very regularly and never seem to run into that effect. I would think that it is just the early days of the Lex that are making it inconsistant.
I was irritable for the first little while for sure, but I did notice a bit of a calming effect right away, Hang in there...it's a good med. I hope it works out for you.
