You aren't a loser, PC. You are admitting you have a problem and you are trying your best to deal with it.
I am glad that you are taking meds to help you. That's a step in the right direction for sure. I was thinking about getting my brother started on vitamin replacement too in addition with the medications + counseling. Vitamin deficiencies can cause the cravings to begin too. Also, going to tell him to curb the caffeine. It too causes an increase in alcohol cravings.
Are your meds helping the depression? I don't know why, but I thought I read it some where that alcoholics could take wellbutrin.
