20mg is the standard dose but my pdoc said they go up to 80mg or it might have even been 90mg. I can't remember exactly. But anyhow, 60mg is not too high. I may have to go up that high too. I'm at 20mg but I think we are going to have to go higher. I've taken 20mg before and it didn't work. I hope the 60mg works for you. Good luck.
