Big no-no IMO.

I experienced an immediate SS reaction when I took a single 18.75mg dose of Effexor while taking Parnate. I can't remember very much about it because I was dilirious for about an hour. One atom does a new compound make. If you are curious as to why, perhaps you can come up with some comparative values for 5-HT transporter binding or reuptake inhibition. I don't have any handy. My silly chart only uses '+' symbols.
