Hi Jenn,
I am in similar situation. Have been off of Effexor for a week and not sure what to do next. FYI, also in FL going thru the hurricanes! Anyway, I suggest you go the Alternative board if you are looking for OTC nonRX treatments. Lots of good info. there.
