You are on WB for the past five days, and then you have side-effects, 'dizziness' and 'cloudy.' It sound like WB does NOT go with you, because a 5 days' trial is enough for you to find out if WB is for you. However, I can not really understand 'cloudy,' ... doe it mean 'fog' in the brain not able to focus or something similar to it?Normally, at the beginning of WB regimen, it's a sort 'perk-up' to get you more energy, due to some 'stimulant' effect, not like formal stimulants, such as Ritalin and Adderall.
In my opinion, it's NO good idea for you to increase WB at this situation where WB does not offer any relief. You may need to talk to your pdoc. before making decision on WB, tho'.
