I get really bad night sweats from Lexapro. I wake up soaked most nights, and feel like I must have wet the bed! My p-doc prescribed me Tenex (Guanfacine) which is actually a blood pressure medicine for night sweats. It helps some. Leaves me with horrible dry mouth though.
