lamictal dosage increase

I have fibromyalgia which includes fatigue anxiety and depression. Im currently taking 20mg celexa and 75mg lamictal. I just upped the lamictal from 50 to 75 almost 3 weeks ago. Im feeling very exhausted and aggitated since the increase. I definitely dont feel less depressed yet. Anyone have this effect with an increase, and if so, how long does it usually last? thanks.
