Serzone, the original brand of nefazodone, was withdrawn my the manufacturer this past year citing poor sales. The FDA had previously required a "black box" warning to be placed on the label advising of the potential of serious liver reactions. However, the FDA did not require the removal of nefazodone from the market. Generic drug companies have continued to make nefazodone, and it is easily available in the US.
