Does anybody know if this really works for 24 hours? I am so used to taking them in divided doses, it is going to feel weird to take only one a day, however it sounds so much easier. I took my first one today and so far so good.

I have been taking 1MG of Xanax XR and find it is working wonders and much better than taking 2 or 3 .5 mg tablets a day. I am taking it along with 20 mg of Lexapro and find that it all but stops the anticipatory anxiety and panic attacks. Hope this helps.
