What is the fastest acting benzo??

Can anyone tell me which is the fastest acting benzodiazepine?? Do the "Z" drugs (zopiclone etc.) work any quicker to induce sleep than the benzos?
What about liquid forms of these drugs - would they have a quicker onset of action??
