I'm on lamictal, however my experience is it works as a mood stabilizer. It seems to suppress extreme highs and lows. You will not get energy from lamictal.

I was on zoloft, it also did not give me energy but suppressed anxiety. The only things I have found to give me sometype of energy is wellbutrin, dexedrine, concerta and a little with provigil.
