Hello Chess
I have not used nadolol but like Racer I have relied on Propranolol for about 20 years.
It is a drug I can rely on to control symptoms like tremor, heart racing etc.

When I feel a panic attack coming on after taking a beta blocker it is as though the adrenalin is spurting out of the adrenal glands but the sensation doesn't escalate any further because the receptors are blocked.

It doesn't help anticipatory anxiety but it gives you confidence that you're not going to suffer a major panic attack.

I don't know what the dosages for nadolol are like but I take anywhere from 10-20mg of Propranolol. They say it takes an hour to be effective. I have found that between 4 - 8 hrs after taking P. I'm getting the best effects. I think you need to experiment to see what works for you.

I have had side effects of dry eyes, tiredness and dizziness however and I'm currently exploring other avenues to see if there is anything out there that will transform me into a raging social beast with minimal side effects.

I hope you enjoy nadolol!
