ritalin , anxiety problem

Ritalin makes me nervous socially, it's the only time when I am exhibiting social anxiety symptoms..off it I have no problem, anyway I can alleviate this?? I'll probably end up lowerning the doze because I cant think of anything else.. i've been on it for about a month..20 miligrams..
