>Ah, give yourself some slack! =) It's not an antibiotic, and no evidence suggests "tolerance." You may be suffering from increased stress, especially if you report bruxism (teeth grinding). None of us take these meds in a vacuum-- our lives are known to change around us! =)
Talk to your doc. You may benefit from an increased dose. You are on an incredibly low dose-- one I took just for a week or so in order to escalate to 300mg. Some report taking 450 mg. 150 is certainly not that much!
