Hey linkadge,

Im very new to this term "Neurogenesis" so don't take anything i say as gospel or anything, im just trying to learn like the rest of us.

The way i was thinking about it was this,

If a person has enough serotonin receptor sites and not enough dopamine receptor sites and is given an AD that supported Neurogenesis for serotonin neurons,

would that not lead to an increase of new serotonin receptor sites which would inturn decrease the already lacking dopamine receptor sites.

If that was the case would it not make the problems that someone who needs increased dopamine receptors magnified, with all the extra serotonin being picked up and even less dopamine recieved.

Just a thought that was plugging through my head. Im no scientist though so i really have no idea.
