Mirapex is a dopamine agonist that might work. There are some other dopamine agonists also, such as bromocriptine and Dostinex (cabergoline). I think amisulpride is an antipsychotic, but I'm not positive and am not that familiar with it. From the little I know, I have a sense it may be worth trying. Selegiline might be worth trying also, as this med is apparently extremely dopaminergic, more so than Parnate. Perhaps Provigil also, if you haven't already tried it. It seems that dopamine is probably the key neurotransmitter involved in anhedonia, but you get a very different sense reading "Listening to Prozac".I'm afraid SSRIs never did much for my own anhedonia. Wellbutrin and Parnate have been the only two meds to show some efficacy for me in this area. I am currently doing pretty well on Parnate but have not really been on it that long.
