Hi Jai,

It is so not worth taking for weight loss alone. I lost some weight initially, but once my body adjusted to the drug, the weight loss side effect wore off. The side effects at times can be unbearable. I also take Zonegran now (for BP), and the weight loss side effect of that has worn off too. My suggestion would be to not take either one just for weight loss.
