Provigil

I took my first 100mgs about 4 and a half hours ago to fight the sedation of Geodon. So far I've felt it do nothing for my sedation but maybe making me slightly nervous. Is there a big difference between 100mg and 200mg? I'm scared that its not going to work. Experiences anyone? What have you found by playing with the dose? Is one more effective that the other?
