The cure for is to add another drug the blocks 5-HT2A receptors from getting too much serotonin. Such drugs that are good to add on to SSRI's are other AD's like Nortriptyline, Amitriptyline, Doxepin, Remeron & Trazodone in low doseages. Unfortunately, all these drugs are sedating to varying degrees & you have to get use to the sedation. Other options are Periactin taken an hour of so beforehand or skipping a doseage of SSRI, although this wouldn't work too well with Prozac due to it's extremely long half life.
Cheers,
Paul.
