I have done alot of talking to dr.s, reading, and talking to other people who would like to get pregnant with and without taking meds. One point that was brought to my attention was that the studies done comparing non- medicated non depressed pregnant deliveries/babies to medicated pregnant depressed women failed to distinguish wheather abnormalities were a result of medication or depression itself. I have also heard that depression durring pregnancy can cause elevated cortisol levels in the mother, resulting in lower IQ of child. The FDA just did some kind of analysis of Prozac and its safety/unsafety during pregnancy. You can find that at FDA.gov I think.
For what it is worth, I have decided to take my medication ( abilify) if I were to get pregnant. I think as long as what you are on is not category D, you have to weigh the risk/benefits yourself.
