Effexor and Trileptal Acne!

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with acne caused by either effexor or trileptal? I've been taking them for Bipolar II for just over a month and my skin is horrible. Are there any suggestions for a medication that won't cause this but that will be just as effective? I'm in a great mood, just look terrible!
