But he was cautious on klonopin and warned me it can be addictive and never try to come off it without tapering. All I am experiencing is contrary to what I heard from him. It is better to say nothing of the quality of my sleep now. It is very poor. Tooth grinding, involuntary movements and nightmares, all makes it a hell. Yesterday, I took a little bit of klonopin to help me sleep, still it hardly helped. I think I will up the dose of klonopin and after one or two weeks when my body gets adjusted to the absence of anafranil, will drop klonopin also. What do you think?

I don't have much experience of Benzos, although I can't imagine a little Klonopin now and again will do much harm.
Regarding the addictivness of drugs I don't know if you should trust your doctor, I was told Dexedrine was addictive and yet I stopped taking 30mgs a day cold turkey, no problem!
On the other hand Clomipramine seems to be another story..... I to have noticed poor quality sleep coming of it.
