THanks, thats what I was figuring, but I am kind of afraid to try anti-convulsants or a beta blocker because the doc in the hospital wanted me to be awake and as alert as possible, and he is afraid that any kind of sedation (which my dose of Risperdal and Klonopin does not sedate me). Being awake and alert he believes is effective for treating my impulsivity. So basically I would be willing to try an anti convulsant similar to Depakote but I want a med that controls the impulsivity, does not sedate me, does not interfere with the positive effects of the stimulants, and is easy on my liver, then I would say let's give it a shot! It is interesting how an anti convulsant would treat this because sometimes I belive my impulsive outbusts is a "emotional seizure" where my brain is going haywire. Finally I am keeping an eye on the new trial of antidepressant I am taking: Cymbalta. Eventhough I believe it is helping with depressed thinking and giving me energy, there seems to be a pattern along with the other anti depressants I try that if you alter my serotonin, the impulsivity increases. Thanks Ed for you feedback. =)
