agomelatine, are there trials going on anywhere?

Just wondering. Also, after trials, how long do you get to keep taking the med? I guess the guy who did the EmSam study got to keep taking it for six moths! Is that typical? (I'm thinking probably not)

How many years (if ever) for a phase three drug to be approved?
