Re: Strattera or other NRI and anxiety?

In reply to Strattera or other NRI and anxiety?, posted by Reefer on October 30, 2004, at 16:59:26

I do. I take Strattera (120 mg) with Lexapro (30 mg) every day. The Strattera has lessened my anxiety. It also helps me with concentration. I have been feeling pretty good.

I have felt more tired since adding Strattera about 6 months a go, but I have successfully treated that side effect with caffeine. I take 1 or 2 NoDoze pills every morning. Each pill has 200 mg caffeine. (I don't like coffee.)

> I was wondering if anyone is taking Strattera(atomoxetine) or Edronax(reboxetine) in combination with an SSRI. If so does the extra noradrenaline lessen anxiety for you? Does it make you more alert and less tired? Other positive or negative reactions?
